Glossary
Intuition
Definition
A precise, low-noise inner signal about what to do next that arrives faster than deliberate reasoning and is distinct from emotional impulse.
Why it matters
In Andrei's frame, intuition is not magic and not a feeling — It is a learnable skill: the trained ability to listen to the body and the quiet voice underneath thought, and to tell it apart from fear, hope, and social pressure. Treat it as data, calibrate it against outcomes, and it compounds faster than most explicit decision frameworks.
Example
A founder feels a clean 'no' on a candidate everyone else loves on paper. The next hire reveals exactly the failure mode the inner 'no' was tracking — Without the words for it yet.
